What were the estimable issues presented in the Simulation?
There were two excuses. The first simulation was possible trace of contamination in the G-Biosport Products and how to go astir(predicate) letting the consumers know what is going on or honorable keep quiet and keeping testing the crossway for to a greater extent contamination.
The second simulation was using proper standards for the G-Biosport while merchandising the products internation ally to the consumers. Should we lower the standards in a third reality country because of the low standards there?
What decision-making steps did you take to ethically address these issues?
The decision-making steps in both simulations I took to ethically address the issue was to warn the consumers of the possible contamination and to assured to stop taking the product and our organization volition riposte and replace the product. Also to inform the consumers internationally that our organization will not lower our standards of the product and we will adhere to all Federal regulations and guidelines to ensure the consumers internationally is getting a ripe and great product.
What ethical perspectives or lens, did you use to make your decisions in the simulation?




I use the Rights/ Responsibility Lens which identifies my duties as the Vendor to our Consumers and that is to ensure that the consumers are warned of any defective product and to refund and replace that product if necessary. Also to ensure the consumers locally and internationally that our organization will not lower the standards for selling our products to reduce it to lower ingredients and violate their safety.
How did these ethical perspectives, or lens, do work your management decisions?
As a manager you must be able to ensure that the consumers safety is met and you must cope and inspect any products that raises an issue.
