Every short fabrication has an overall foot which is the identified represendation of the idea behind the story. In the story Little Red Riding Hood documented by Catherine Orenstein, the long cherished musical theme of not talking to strangers carries a different lesson in the original version of the story. The main characters and piece remained the same however it is not only talking to strangers that Red Riding Hood should have avoided. Any reader of the twenty-four hours would have immediately understood the message: In the French slang, when a girl lost her virginity it was said that Elle [a] vû le Loupâ"shed seen the wolf. The two literary elements of plot and symbolism, contribute to the overall theme of not losing your virginity.
The plot begins with a little girl creation given the famous red hooded cape and being sent to her sick grandmothers house to make a delivery of cake and butter. Along the way she runs into the wolf and breaks one of the cardinal rules we teach our children today, Dont talk to strangers.
During their chat she ignorantly gives him the location of her grandmothers house and various other details that open the door for the wolf to hornswoggle his tricks. According to the plot, she⦠stripped out of her clothes, and a moment subsequent the tale will ended with her death in the beasts jawsâ"no salvation, no redemption. That is a grand alteration from the sweet world-beater tale we tell our young children today. The plot supports the theme by providing the needed illustrations and inferences needed to convey the idea that the wolf is the villain of the story and Little Red Riding Hood is the impartial and ignorant little girl. When she meets the wolf in the forest, it is natural for him to drive her name.
