Leadership is an heavy part of management which helps achieve organisational goals and set a good example. A drawing card is a person who leads or commands a group under delegacy; he/she is a person who is followed by others. A leader should be proud to work and improve goals, communicate with their employees, take care to their problems, and solve them. I have my let personal leadership profile, I have characteristics that I stimulate that make me a watertight leader, and I also need to improve on certain things to make me a stronger leader.
I have my own personal leadership profile. I provide every Sunday to babysit the teachers at the Arabic schools kids. in that respect are many characteristics I posses and represent that makes me a strong leader.
