The learning is to be kept inexplicable and secure from others. It is the therapists certificate of indebtedness to protect the clients underground information. The counselor knows when they are commission or admitting clients while assessing their information for treatment or illness, roughly information is private or embarrassing and the client has a hard time conversing with their therapist.  This information is labeled into a secret or sensitive category.
