Even though I may delight in of the devastation penalty when it comes to murder cases, and many have argued that meagreness breeds crime and that minorities make up the higher character on the poverty level, I still mean there is a meaningful problem with the musical arrangement. So when some sensation asks me if I believe the death penalty is applied fairly, I would have to ordain no. I believe the system is flawed and raciest. I believe this to be true because the majority of those who ar on death row are minorities, there is a significant increase in receiving the death penalty if the victim is white, and there is a practice called jury bleaching. Therefore I light upon the system to not be just and fair it is in fact flawed. The courts need to step back and judge everyone equally no matter what their color might be.
Over the days the racial debate has found quite a eccentric person of evidence that points to injustice. The number of African Americans, which are on death row, far out way there percentages in our cosmopolitan population.



While these statistics do not by themselves prove the system to be racially discriminatory, they do lead to the all-important science of discrimination. (M.Peffetey & J.Hurwitz, Oct. 2007). Even though our country tries to say they are not racially biased and that everyone is treated equally the percentages order of battle otherwise. This may not be the strongest argument but it is the one that all the others come back to. Minorities make up the highest percentage because of all the other flaws in the system. Our country was built on equality and fairness but even after bountiful the minorities there rights they are still treated like they are less than causations. The systems flaws need to be put in represent because as it stands now the next six executions are African American.
