Programming Solution Proposal Stacey Terry University of Phoenix PRG/210 Marcus Fernandez March 06, 2011 Programming Solution Proposal Glenwood Cougars footb either game and Cheerleading brass is a footb alone team that is a class of the Southwest Midget Football League. It is located in Glenwood, Illinois. The Glenwood Cougars brass instrument is made up of four (4) teams. The teams ar: * The Widgets * The Pee Wees * The Lights * Varsity all in all four (4) Football teams have Cheerleaders to cheer for each level. The Glenwood Cougars Organization has approximately 250 boys and girls join every year. Two years past the Organization got a new equipment manager. He seems to be a bit overwhelmed with his duties. His duties include the purchasing of all of the teams equipment. The equipment includes the helmets, pads, and under wear out for all Football players. He orders the equipment from several different vendors, which heart and soul he has to keep up with more than one delivery. He is also responsible for ordering the teams whole tone wear and the coaches uniforms. A big problem the Organization has is the equipment hasnt been distributed to the teams on time.

Ideally the equipment should be given to all of the players forward the first official contact practice. This hasnt happen causing the coaches to delay contact practice until each player has all of their pads and equipment. To get things started we need to figure out how many vendors our equipment managers is using. at a time that is completed we can get started on what would be cheaper in deciding what vendors to choose. I first research the vendor that sells all equipment and coaches gear that way we can set up a budget with this vendor on what we are looking to spend. By using one (1) vendor for all of the equipment, this will dish up the equipment manager order more effectively and get the equipment faster.
