The great leader must posses these skills and others to establish core determine in an organization (Verschorr, 2006). Building an organization or a squad is about building trust. Building trust in team members, motivating them and getting them to believe in the team itself is a healthy culture. Having customers believe in your product and caller-out is what grows marketability and profits. Building emotional ties to both the product and the company is authority of being a leader.

Being a leader at any level is being able-bodied to motivate your employees or associates (Brown, 2006). A great leader must have the skills to elevate feelings in your associates and customers. How many times do we as consumers debase products based on emotion? Leaders must be able to read those emotions to encourage greatness. Trust, confidence, loyalty and belonging are the good emotions a leader must foster, but the leader must in addition deal with anger, disappointment and frustration of the team.
